This is an original oil painting titled "Elllie's Cat". This cat art is painted on a 12 inch square canvas and framed in a black frame with outer dimensions approximately 17 x 17 inches. It comes with a certificate of authenticity which has been signed and dated by me. I was inspired to paint this one after Ellie (my niece's 11-year old friend) saw my paintings at a local Starbucks and contacted me to see if one of her cats could be featured in a new painting. Her cat's name is Snowball - and I love her green eyes!
As with all of my work, 10% of the sales price is donated to animal rescue groups and charities. For this painting, the donation will go to the Jackson County Animal Shelter, where I am also a volunteer.
