Customer wanted to keep the original sub-structure of the three tier deck; rotted wood had to be replaced, extra hardware installed, & extra lumber added per composite decking installation instructions. Additionally the customer contacted a local building inspector to approve plans for the new deck & to approve the existing structure.
Composite decking was installed according to manufacturer's instructions using "T clips." Also, after the composite decking was installed, white PVC railing was then installed on all three deck levels. A staircase between the upper & lower decks had to be rebuilt, as well as redesigned flower boxes.

Removal of & discarding the old decking at a local landfill is the financial responsibility of the customer & not included in the price.
