Painting With Resin/Polyurethene And Acrylic Paint
Always stretching limits and trying new things. i created a honky tonk horizontal panoramic painting with Gruene Hall and a grain elevator from Texas hill country for a painting that has sold. Complete with colored patches of denim below depicting DNA.
The other painting i tryed a poly/resin mix blocked off with support wood and then the wood taken off. Took forever to dry since i did not put enough hardner in the mix but made for an interesting 3D effect with the acylic bicycle peloton on the base showing through. Total experiment.
