We attach pallet planks on plywood to create pallet wall panel. Approximate panel dimension is 2 feet by 4 feet. This is a made to order product; before we start production, we would like to get the exact dimension of your wall and electrical outlets to make sure the panels fit on your wall and to avoid wood cutting in your home. Our goal is when you purchase this panel, all you need to do is to secure them on your wall. Please note that we are not responsible for miss-measuring of the electrical outlet/wall switches and will not replace the panels.

This product will go FedEx Ground and shipping is included in square footage price. At this time, we can only accommodate lower 48 states.

For Dry wall, attach directly with screws on the wall; For block, attach with concrete anchors and screws. We will include all necessary hardware.

The finish is 100% up to you, you tell us if you want stain, paint, distressed, or decoupage. You tell us the color scheme you had in mind. We will finish them according to your design. Yes, you can mix them, like shown on the pictures.

1. We select the best pallets with characters
2. Chris carefully removes the planks off of the pallets
3. We sand the pallets to remove splinter-just enough to keep the character
4. We sand/stain/decoupage/distress-This are customized to your order
5. We secured the pallet planks against the plywood
6. We cut holes for electrical and switch outlets (this is optional)

To ensure the best look and uniqueness, we will use different width and thickness of material, we will also select planks with nail holes and dents.
