Patio Entry - 63 Pond Street
This apartment lacked comfortable access to the owner's outside patio, and natural light to the interior apartment. By enlarging the opening, we built a double door with plenty of glass to allow light in and access to the outside. Now, the owners serve tea on the patio much of the year and when the weather chases them in, they enjoy the daylight as if they are outside.
Dimensions: Originally a single, sold door with no light allowed through, our double door is 6 feet wide and 8 feet tall.
