This knife has a 7-inch blade truncated point straight grip and two-inch wide blade. Although it has the appearance of a small cleaver, it is intended to cut peppers and similar-sized materials. The scooped shape point allows the blade to be grasped close to the point to cut out the webbing and remove the pepper seeds. In many cases a complete meal can be cooked and served using this single knife to cut, scrape, turn and scoop up food to serve. This knife is offered only with a single-ground blade for more precision cutting.
