My name badges arrived today, and, I am happy with the finished product.
I found the communication with Melissa to be 'spotty' at best. Sometimes the communication was quick and professional, but, sometimes I couldn't reach her, and, on one occasion, I had to get help from Custommade support.
I found that the project took longer than indicated, perhaps because after making the first badge, Melissa suggested enlarging the size of the project (at no additional cost to me), which I think was the correct decision. I appreciate her professionalism, and, her artistic sensibilities.
Delivery took almost two weeks, but, that maybe because of the distance.
Overall, I am pleased with the end result, and, I do think Melissa was professional, and, the value is appropriate for what I received.
I would consider working with Melissa, again.
