Colleen is absolutely fantastic. I gave her a very broad idea of what I wanted and she came up with a great design. My box was incredibly clean looking and solid. Nothing gets stuck or moved too easily. The color of the wood stain was exactly what I asked for. She even notified me of a slight shipping delay due to extreme weather in Montana.
