Pinzimonio

This wheel thrown pottery dipping dish can be used for traditional Pinzimonio (raw vegetables dipped in extra virgin olive oil), or, the built in center grater makes it excellent for grating garlic and adding some sea salt and herbs for breads. Not doing Italian that night? It also makes a super dipping dish for sushi, with grated ginger to add a little spice. Created with an espresso colored durable stoneware clay, it cleans up easily in the dishwasher.
