Portuguese Man-Of-War, Modern Scientific Illustration With Black Mat Board

This venomous cnidarian is not actually a single creature, but is made of many individual organisms called zooids. Inspired by the 17th century Cabinet of Curiosity collections documenting Earth's natural wonders, this 8x10 print of my original "Man-Of'War" was created with thousands of intricately placed dots to represent the molecular building blocks of life.

Printed in New York City on the finest Canson Archival Rag paper, your illustration comes pre-mounted on a Premium Jet Black mat board for easy framing. Every piece is signed and titled on the back of the print.

The art is backed by a sturdy backing board and packaged in a cellophane art bag for optimum transport. Shipped with the utmost care via USPS.

Outer dimension of mat is 8x10. Fits perfectly in standard 8x10 frame.
Additional sizes available. Please message me for details.
