This Wyoming client asked for a rolling kitchen island that would fit inside the space formerly occupied by her dishwasher, that would match her counters. This all birch cart has one drawer riding on soft-close ball bearing guides and there are drawer handles on all four sides (makes for good driving) and locking casters once you get there:) It includes a custom made, edge-grain butcher block top joined in two dimensions to increase resistance to dents and knife cuts (not to mention beauty), not a commercially available top. The lower is finished in Danish oil and satin wax, while the cutting board top is treated with food service grade mineral oil. Super strong and great on the trail leading to the BBQ, pardner:)
