-Woods grain is wet twice during sanding process with water to raise the grain. Then sanded at higher grit levels each time making for a more durable smoother finish in the wood not on the wood.
-Durable food safe Salad Bowl Oil finish for longer finish life than mineral oil which washes away quickly.
