Made from Quatersawn Whie Oak. Spindles are mortised into frame rails. All screws have been plugged. Mattress rails are removable without tools. Finish is three coats of hand rubbed Low Luster Tung Oil. This set was made for a Queen sized mattress but can be made to fit any size mattress desired. See the rest of the set pieces on my web site.
