For some reason, I didn't realize I'd never submitted my review for the bed. It took a long time to get there, but the results are more than worth it. Even years later, I often stop and just look at the bed. It is stunning.
This four poster, queen size bed is made primarily of Texas mesquite with flame figured walnut panels that came from a tree blown over by Hurricane Ike. The turned finials that top the posts are Gabon ebony and the side rails are curly bubinga. This is a beautifully designed, one-of-a-kind piece of furniture. $9,200.
