Wwii Radial Piston Desk Clock

This Radial Engine Piston Desk Clock belonging to the Polished Edition collection is made in the USA. The industrial modern art desk clock is crafted from a 1940's radial engine piston called the WWII Jacobs R-755. The piston was used to power such airplanes as the Boeing Stearman 75, YKS-6, Morane-Saulnier MS-505, and the Avro Anson. The piston is buffed to achieve a mirror finish and has been machined at a 70-degree angle for sheen. The desk clock measures 5" in diameter and 3" in height. The clock face is 3 1/2" in diameter.
