Our first in our line of "Rowdy Rag" Garments is this adorable white skirt with multi-print red cotton ruffles. Cut on poodle skirt design with elastic waist. Looks great with boots for cowgirl style or for the much sought after country fashion now so popular with every age. Because whites seldom match, would look great with red or khaki colors or with white blouse, but would suggest belt to divide the white top from skirt.
