Rebar's Kaleidoscape At The Berkeley Art Museum/Pacific Film Archive

This project was a "Social Furniture" installation for the Berkeley Art Museum in May 2013 from the creative team of Matthew Passmore and Rebar.

Joona's scope of work included padding and upholstering in a polyurethane upholstery "pleather," the 27 sculptural objects provided to us by Rebar.

Joona Design Playground provided engineering consultation and upholstery fabrication on this project, including devising an ingenious new application for invisible zippers.

Cost below reflects only Joona Design Playground's contribution to the project, which is proprietary to Rebar and may not be duplicated.
