Great job! Ron at Heirloom did a fantastic job on a custom farm table for us with specific dimensions to fit a space that commercially would have been difficult to find. Not only was he was more than happy to build what we needed, the table has the character of something that has been around for many years and he really worked with us to make adjustments to the color of the finished product. Ron also managed to build us a last minute mantle/suspended shelf to match. Great communication and highly recommend.

Absolutely great! Always answer to messages in less than a day. He respected the timing and the delivery was tracked and accurate. More important the Counter table it is stunning, everyone that come in the restaurant ask me where I bought it!.
Thanks a lot -

Ron was great to work with, allowed us to customize the table to fit in the room perfectly. It arrived in a short time, looks great in the room and is very sturdy/well built. Looking forward to dealing with Ron again in the future.

It has been a frustrating experience. The finished product was completed and shipped in a timely manner in October. When I received it, there were multiple varnish blisters on the table top. To Ron's credit, he did try to get a local wood worker to come out and fix it. No one was available. He recommended I could strip it and refinish myself. Not a viable option with my skill set. He did ultimately offer to build a new table top and ship it. I thought that was a great solution. It has been three months and I still don't have a fixed top. Just get promises that he is working on it and will be out next week. That was around Thanksgiving and another message exchange after the new year.
