Reclaimed Distressed Console Table
This table was custom built for the customer based on several photos and ideas. The top of the table is walnut which has no finish other than oil. The base of the table, including the legs, is built from reclaimed pine.
The finishing process involved staining the pine walnut, then applying two coats of coffee-white paint. The paint was then distressed and additional walnut stain was applied. Following that a satin clear coat was applied.
This was one table my wife had trouble saying goodbye to when the customer picked it up.
