This wall table is constructed from 120 year old local reclaimed barnwood from Canada. The legs consist of wormy White Ash, the top is old Pine and the remainder consists of old Maple and Elm. The wall table measures 48″L x 12″W x 30″ H. Built to last a life time, the console Table is completely fastened with screws from the inside to make it very durable and to keep the exterior looking nice. There are two functional drawers that slide on a wood dovetail system to keep it more authentic and features a pair of reproduction rusted iron patina handles that measure 7" across. The legs are built with wormy white Ash that gives the console table a stunning look The legs are 2.5x2.5 inches thick to give the piece a substantial presence. The top is 1" thick, built with old Knotty Pine. There are two coats of low VOC water base Varathane applied to the exterior and interior of the cabinet. The entire piece weighs 55 pounds. This particular piece serves many functions, as an entranceway table to hold keys and sunglasses, a table to place behind a couch, or as an accent table in an area that is otherwise too narrow for a large piece of furniture.
