Reproduction Shaker Bureau. Dyed Curly Maple With Hand Rubbed Finish.
This is a reproduction of a Shaker piece built c. 1830 and attributed to Hancock, Mass cabinet maker Grove Wright. It is built true to form using traditional joinery techniques and is made of curly-maple, cherry, and poplar. It was dyed to resemble maple that has been aging for almost 200 years and is top coated with a durable hand-rubbed water based finish.
