Restored 100 Year Old Antique Table
This is an old table that had sat out in a barn for several years with 1/2 the orginal finish scrapped off. The table had suffered severe damage by moisture and bugs etc.
It is of a solid Rock Maple tight grained wood.
All orginal glue joints were ripped an reglued and sanded flat.
It was a total restoration, Legs were all replaced as the were rotted beyond repair.
Orginal table top, slides and side skirting.
4 new leaves and new alignment pins added.
this table was put in a dinning area. Sealed with Conversion Varnish for optimum water resistance.
Old country style with turned and fluted legs.
3 Generation table, passed on from Original Mother to Daughter then to Daughter's Daughter.
Dimensions: 30 inches tall X 36 inches wide, X 36, opens to 10 feet at full extension.
