Circa 1910 oak and redwood map file cabinet. This cabinet consists of 3 stacking units: an oak base, with two 5 drawer units and a drafting board on top. The bottom of each drawer was made from redwood, which provides a natural insect-resistant environment for drawings, maps, plans etc. Today this table would make a splendid addition to a studio for an artist, illustrator or other design professional.
The drawing board measures 54 x 37 inches. Each drawer measures 42 x 32 x 2 inches. The piece has been fully restored, but retains beautiful wear on the work surface. All original hardware is intact
