This table and shelf unit was built for a boutique in Portland to display a new line of candles and cosmetics. This table features my original
"V leg" design. It makes the construction incredibly stable without the need for additional bracing. The wood is reclaimed Douglas Fir, it had proudly served as a barn for over a hundred years. This store front is also a hudred years old so there was not an entrance large enough for the table. Consequentially, the table was designed to bolt together, with the legs and top two shelves removable. Selected surfaces were left raw while others were planed and finished.
