Made exclusively for a teaching colleague who retired after many years of successful teaching, this "Tear Drop" Clock captured the moment of both sadness and happiness! Made as a one-of-a-kind sentimental treasure, it was turned on a wood lathe as a "split" turning of hard maple. To ensure its uniqueness, the other half of the split turning was used elsewhere.

The "Tear Drop" Clock sports a blue international movement inserted into the turned form. The clock can be displayed on a wall with the routed keyhole on the back, or it can be displayed on a desk with a holder.
