Revision Coffee Table With Stools
The reVision line is for those who seek handcrafted, modern design,space-efficiency, and local connection. It has been designed, produced, and marketed by teens employed at Boston-based Artists For Humanity. Each piece is flexible and multi-purpose, both as furniture and as art.
AFH's 3D Design and Media Studios came together to curate image collections from our photography archive for the making of the table tops. The collections reveal their subjects from unusual points of view. Encapsulated in a low VOC epoxy resin, the art images - lush, complex and deep – are laminated to durable Baltic birch table tops. Light-weight and carefully finished steel bases handcrafted by AFH teen welders allow the photo images to take center stage in the warmth of their resin finish.
Seating cubes tuck comfortably under their coffee table when not in use. It's furniture with a story – continuously inviting you to share, enjoy and inspire!
