Rustic Dining Table
Hand made by myself in our shop in Winchester, VA
This table is a workhorse, made to last generations. The handplaned, mildly distressed look is homey and will go well in most any household. Knots are not rejected, edges are worn for an aged look. The idea is that the table looks as if it's been used for a century but has just been given an excellent refinish job. legs are bolt on for easy shipping and moving.
Assembly is as easy as placing the leg on the table and tightening a nut for each leg.
Finish is lacquer with stain options that include but are not limited to:
Natural (no stain)
Dark Walnut (dark brown)
Mission (dark red/brown - pictured on above cherry table)
Colonial (very red)
Wood Species options include but are not limited to:
Walnut
Cherry
Oak
Maple
Sycamore
Chestnut
Pine
Pictured legs are square and tapered on the inside, other leg styles are available. We can taper inside and out, taper and bevel, do a custom turning or anything else you may want.
We've done many with drop leafs as well.
