Rustic Doors
This is an example of what a set of rustic doors can look like. They are 4' X 8' each, distressed, stained, and sealed with our famous 8 coats of poly. Upon the customers request we constructed this entryway out of knotty pine. No laminated or veneered wood here. All of our doors are one piece style and rail constructed. We even incorporated some large bulk moldings to create a much more massive look. Notice the large blocks in the bottom part of the doors. Instead of a raised panel we bolted these 1 1/2" thick, beveled edge boards, to both sides of the door.
We also incorporated stained glass windows set into insulated units in each of these back doors for safety and protection. The front door entryway has speakeasys in them instead of the stained glass panels but match in every other way. Also notice the moldings that surround this massive entryway. No skimping here.
