Custom Door (2) was constructed from Ribbon SAPELE. Door dimensions are 1-3/4" Thick x 32" Wide x 80" High. Door construction included Door Jambs made from the same material. Each Door has Five Frosted Glass Panels that can be removed from the Interior side for ease of replacing if necessary.
Bottom of Door has a Rubber sweep and Bottom of Jamb has an Adjustable Sill. Hinges are Ball Bearing style due to weight of Door.
Door was drilled for Lockset and Deadbolt. Vinyl Weather Stripping was applied to perimeter of Jamb where it meets Door.
Door was Stained with two coats of MINWAX Red Mahogany and has Four coats of Exterior Polyurethane applied.
