The natural colors in the wood and the play of light on the fabric background give the piece life and movement. The background fabric is an interwoven red and black. The frame is black. The wood is from consecutive slices of ailanthus. The wood is mounted an inch off of the fabric to give the piece depth. The overall size is 23 5/8" x 15 3/4".
