Working with John was a very positive experience. He quickly replied to any question I asked. I asked him if it would be possible to expedite the shipping date, he quickly agreed.
His "artwork" has a mesmerizing quality to it, when I look at it, it draws me towards the various components within the piece.
Even though it is an "abstract" piece of work, all the different shapes and colors blend into one in a beautiful manner.
The wall sculpture "Clouds" is made of california driftwood, painted with acrylic paint. The paint is applied using airbrush. There are small beach rocks in the composition; there are glyphs painted onto the rocks. The glyphs are my own creations. This piece is 18" tall and 8.5" wide. Depending on the size of the commission, I can make such sculptures from either my stock of driftwood or I can acquire larger pieces.
