I asked Jeff to build a large waterproof outdoor box for storing smoking wood (a Christmas present for my wife). The finished product came out beautiful. I couldn't be happier with the workmanship of the final piece. It ended up being a bit more than I had originally hoped, but in the end the value is correct. Communication throughout was great, including when we needed to change certain aspects to get the best value out of our materials. I would definitely work with Jeff again, next time I need some custom woodwork done.
Bolivian Rosewood is a dense, hard, and beautiful hardwood. The joinery is unnecessarily complex, but completely apropos - through dovetails, mortise and tenons, and a unique free-floating bottom shelf. The unique striations in this piece are stunning. Perfectly at home in most decors in most rooms. Inside shelves hold stuff you need holding.
Dimensions: 36" tall, 24" wide, 12" deep. Can be custom made to any size.
