Complete tear down and rebuild on a 1987 Honda Shadow 1100. I designed several one of a kind parts and fabricated them from Kevlar and carbon fiber. These parts included, the radiator/lower body shroud, rear fender which included the seat mount, as well as two 'shaker' intake pods, each mounted between the cylinders. I also designed several billet aluminum parts for this project. Suspension mods, included raising the front 1.5" and lowering the rear .75". The custom plate mount included a taillight lens from a '59 cadillac. Intake ports were polished and carbs rejetted and I sprayed it all with House of Color's 3 stage 'Planet Green".
