Shaker 5' White Pine Bookcase
Solid wood Shaker bookcases which can be used as a single unit or placed side by side for a wider bookcase. The backs on all cases are beaded tongue and groove solid wood for extra strength and stiffness. All shelves are 7/8' to 1' thick to eliminate any sagging. Shelf positions are adjusted using wood sticks which index into side notched rails (see picture). Units shown are made from white pine. The finish is aniline dye, Danish oil and paste wax. Other woods and finishes available on request.
