Shaker Makeup Vanity In Cherry
This cherry vanity was designed with some of the lines and curves we love to see in Shaker style furniture; large flat panels for the sides and back, a top with ample overhang on each side, short shapely turned legs and drawer fronts with a beading detail carved in. The drawer fronts are dovetailed into the poplar drawer boxes. All of which is constructed of solid cherry and poplar as secondary (drawer boxes and infrastructure). No metal drawer slides or hardware, which means smooth operation on waxed wood runners. The drawer pulls are made from black water buffalo horn.
