Slim's Bed
Full size platform bed. Bamboo and cedar over plywood construction. Walnut border. Maple, oak, walnut, and sapele strips make up the piano pattern. Other than walnut border, all material is reused, repurposed, or reclaimed. Bamboo is a extra flooring from an upscale apartment. Cedar is from a water tower. Plywood was extra from a friend's project. The strips are all cut off from the community shop. The legs are blocks of water tower cedar.
