Received on time. Communication was excellent. Extremely professional: was responsive to feedback and provided regular updates. Expertise: excellent woodwork. Shipping/delivery: excellent, furniture was protected against damage with sturdy crate and substantial quilted padding. Good value and excellent quality, beautiful wood. Quote was underestimated because of organic design process but I am happy. If you desire a more accurate estimate, I would recommend providing comprehensive drawings with dimensions and part listings.
This Carob bench was a favorite of mine...It was the first time I was able to work with a piece of wood that was so rich in Pink and cremes. This bench is both rustic and sophisticated and is now a compliment to a baby grand piano.

We are extremely happy with our new live edge bench. The project went very smoothly, and we enjoyed working with Neiko. Preliminary discussion of the materials and the expected time frame was easily completed without confusion. Communication during the process was excellent. Packed well and arriving a few days following completion, the stunning final product is a perfect size with beautiful lines. We would love to work with Neiko on a future project.
