This master bathroom half-window combines hand-poured opalescent glass, mouth-blown (antique) glass, and a droplet-textured manufactured glass. The combination provides privacy, color, and texture while still admitting sunlight. A non-objective design allowed us to capitalize on the beauty and intrinsic features of the glass, particularly "flow" in the opalescent glass. That glass reflects bathroom lighting so there is color even at night. The owners were so happy with the design for a pair of windows for their kitchen and dining room that they asked us to make this window and one for another bathroom. We hung the stained glass in the window rather than permanently installing it since they wanted to be free to take the window with them when they moved.
