Stained Glass Window Panel, Depression Glass Plate Valance, Ruby Red Bubble

These depression glass plates capture the sun as it makes its way through the day casting remarkably fun bits of light! Stained glass panels make wonderful replacements for fabric curtains or valances.

This is an original design utilizing the beautiful Bubble pattern made by the Anchor Hocking Glass Company between 1930 - 1970. The centerpieces are deeply textured with round "bubbles" making dancing light patterns as they are caught by the sun. The wavy edge outline of the plates is captured, and the rich ruby red of the framing glass enhances the red bubbles of the plates. It measures approximately 20 x 12, and there are rings attached for hanging horizontally or vertically.

The vintage feel of the transom is continued with the cabochon and decorative solder accents.
