Helen made a remarkable frosted glass plaque for my dad's retirement party. Her communication is outstanding and would get back to you in a very timely manner. The candleholder is handmade using two layers of glass. The Steel blue has a nice pattern sandblasted into it and capped with clear glass to preserve it. The inside of the candle holder is frosted.
