Stone County Missouri Library Chandalier

The Stone Co. library commissioned me to do a chandelier to hang in there cozy reading area a few years ago. It is approximately 5' across from point to point of it's six sides. We used sheet mica to save on weight and to give it a more comfortable lodge feel. Oak leaf arches accent each side and an oak leaf cluster finishes off the center. The four chains it hangs by are made of joined copper tubing to hide the wire more affectively. All the copper has a clear coat on it to keep the bright brushed finish for years to come. The metal used in this light is solid copper. I use no copper paint or plating and all parts are welded together with copper rod and acetylene torch.
