Table Rustic Cherry And Pecan With Live Edges
Only One Available Accent or Coffee Table!
This rustic table was made from salvaged wood. The piece was made using 8/4 (2") Pecan and 4/4 (1") Cherry with natural live edges.
The finished table is approximately 39" Wide x 18" High x 12" Deep. The table legs are solid pecan and the top is solid cherry.
Each piece was cut, planned, fitted and fine sanded to a smooth finish. The piece was then stained Classic Cherry to highlight the grain patterns. Multiple layers of Tung oil were then applied to maintain the natural surface look.
The strength and rigidity of the piece was achieved by using 3" power head screws at each joint and covered by wood dowels. No nails or glue were used.
The storm damage trees were cut into slabs and aged for several years.
