This Beautiful Vermont end grain cutting board is constructed of two different types of Cherry for a distinct look. A modern design that lends itself to a lifetime of use.
End grain cutting boards are assembled like many other cutting boards by running the grain lengthwise but then they are re-sawn and turned to show the "end" grain. The end grain is seals itself during use and is much more forgiving on your knives. They withstand the rigors of everyday use better than any other cutting board.
All products made use only woods that are safe for contact with food. They are coated with FDA foodsafe mineral oil and bees wax. All of my products are 100% made in the USA!
