Mid Century Coffee Table With Wooden Hairpin Legs
I first made this table as a graduation gift. Due to overwhelming response, I have made it available through Custom Made.
The top is made from solid Ambrosia Maple, the grey and brown streaks are unique to each piece. Worm holes and natural imperfections are filled with epoxy (black) for a smooth easy to care for surface.
The triangular walnut legs were inspired by iron hairpin legs which are mortised into the table top.
This uniquely styled table is a fusion of modern and mid-century design, however it would look striking in just about any living room.
Each piece is proudly handcrafted in our Austin TX studio.
