This abstract sculpture which reminds several friends who have seen it of a brain, was inspired by lingbi, or chinese scholar stones or viewing stones. I made this out of stoneware ceramic clay and fired in the kiln to cone 6. I finished it with a medium bronze/brass tone, it gives a very nice bronze look to the piece. This piece is 7 inches tall, 6 inches long and about 5 inches deep.
