The Marriage Of Lung And Feng Huang (Companion Urn)
Chinese mythology depicts the dragon (Lung) as a symbol of the Emperor and the phoenix (Feng Huang) as a symbol of the Empress. In conjunction with each other they represent marriage and a balance in nature. This companion urn is meant to convey that same balance through the use of these traditional mythological images. All of the images on this two person companion urn are hand-etched.
