The Modern Retro Shaker Inspired Rope Backed Chair
This little chair is a mixture of modern, unique, and shaker inspired construction. It is pine with dadoes and dowels for sturdy construction. The back is roped and the seat is at a comfortable 5 degrees. The seat is 15 1/4" at the back and narrows to 5 1/4" at the front. The chair is 16" deep and stands 34" tall. The back is strung with two different types of rope. This is a comfortable seat for folks of all heights thanks to the ability of spreading your legs to the sides.
