She delivered the finished product in a timely manner on schedule and resolved a few minor issues caused by the shipper with professionalism and courtesy. She is a delight to work with. The Wave Chair is a chaise lounge made entirely out of wood. No nails, screws or staples. It was made by the process of bent lamination, with each piece having a walnut edge banding. The chair can support at least 200 lbs. The curve conforms to the body and flexes with your weight.
