This table was designed by ZDC and built for a client in Dallas, Tx. The top is the center piece, with Tiger Maple on a prominent display. We used 3 pieces of maple to make the top appear as one piece with a live edge. The shelf is veneered with quilted maple and rests on 2 brushed steel rods that add a subtle textile difference. The bases are black lacquered. All in all, a very contemporary piece.
