Handmade Walking Cane In Thuya Burl And Birdseye Maple Wood - Walking Stick, Gift Idea, Wood Art

This heirloom quality, hand crafted walking cane is made from a special piece of Thuya burl. Thuya has been in high demand for hundreds of years, and it is only found in the mountains of Morocco where it grows beneath the tree in the ground. Thuya is hard to find in sizes as large as this handle with grain as nice as this. The shaft is some of the best birdseye maple we have ever seen, it is so densely packed with little "eyes"! Very beautiful and rare. The divider is holly wood, the whitest wood in the world, and brass. Total length measures 38" and can be shortened to fit.
